Qualifications MSc in Educational Studies; BA (Hons) Leisure Management; Scottish Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Outdoor Leadership and Management; UK Mountain Training, Singe Pitch Award; Grand National Archery Scheme Leader Award.

Liz has worked in the outdoor sector for over 10 years and has worked for SOEC since 2004 when she started as a tutor. Since then she has worked hard to promote her way through the SOEC structure to the level of Programme Leader.

Liz loves the diversity of her job role; from developing the tutor staff team to tailoring programmes to the needs of the customers and linking them to A Curriculum of Excellence. She also gets great satisfaction from seeing the programme running ‘on the ground’.

In her spare time Liz enjoys exploring, mountain biking and SCUBA Diving.
